Ingredients:
· 3 ripe avocados, pitted and mashed
· 1 small onion, finely chopped
· 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
· Juice of one lime
· 1 garlic clove, minced
· 2 T. cilantro, chopped
· ½ t. sea salt
Directions:
1. Mash the avocados and lime juice in a bowl with a fork.
2. Stir in salt, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and cilantro.
