Ingredients:
· 1 15oz. can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
· ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
· ¼ cup tahini
· ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
· 1 garlic clove, minced
· ½ teaspoon sea salt
· ½ teaspoon cumin
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Serve with your favorite whole grain or grain free chips, and/or veggies or spread it on a sandwich!
