Makes about 20-24
Ingredients:
· 2 lbs. ground turkey
· 1 egg, slightly beaten
· 1 cup rolled oats
· ½ tsp. cumin
· ½ tsp. thyme
· ½ tsp. dry yellow mustard
· 2 tsp. black pepper
· 1 tsp. sea salt
· 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp. garlic powder)
· 1 small onion, chopped
· 2 celery stalks, chopped
· 1 handful spinach or kale, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Shape into balls and place on the pan.
5. Bake for 40 minutes.
